What these terms cover

These terms cover this website and the beta download. Tradeblockr, the software for Mac and Windows, is in early beta. When it is released it will come with its own terms.

Beta access

A beta key lets you try the software while it is being built. Keys are given out at our discretion and can be turned off. A key does not guarantee access to future versions, a release date, or a price. The beta software may have bugs. You can ask to be removed from our records at any time.

Not financial advice

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. Tradeblockr is a discipline tool, not financial advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Other companies

Tradovate, Rithmic, NinjaTrader and the prop firms shown are names and logos of their owners. We show them only to say which platforms Tradeblockr works with or is planned for, and which prop firms offer Tradovate. Tradeblockr connects to Tradovate; support for the other platforms is planned, not available. Tradeblockr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any platform or prop firm named on this site. Prop firms set their own rules, and some limit third-party tools. Check your firm’s rules before you use Tradeblockr. Whether you may use it is your responsibility.

Using this site

Please don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to guess keys or break the key check. We may block requests that look like abuse.

No warranty and limits on liability

This site is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
